Durban

Durban is the third largest city in South Africa and is a major industrialized and monetary city. This famous port city is located in the KwaZulu-Natal Province. Durban is one of the Africa´s holiday destinations since it has a good beach culture.

Durban has a golden Indian Ocean beaches, tropical greenery and many hotels are found on the shores of the beaches. Sea trading is the major occupation in Durban. Cathedrals, temples, mosques and oriental plazas are also built for the tourist to enjoy themselves.

Many museums are built deputizing the growth of the city in sea trade and marine aquariums. The Durban city is now home for about 3 million people.

One stadium from the city has been chosen to host the FIFA world cup 2010. The stadium will host 7 matches including the quarter final and semi final matches.
