Tie-breaking criteria

For the 2010 world cup match, FIFA have some criteria to rank team:

Greatest number of points obtained in all group matches
Goal difference in all group matches.
Greatest number of goals scored in all group matches.
Greatest number of points obtained in all group matches between the teams concerned.
Goal difference resulting from all group matches between the teams concerned. Greatest number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned.
Fair play point system, in which the number of yellow and red cards each team has received is evaluated.
Drawing lots by FIFA Organizing Committee.
